The Price includes

  • Your chosen finger buffet menu comes fully garnished and wrapped appropriately, presented for you on luxury contemporary black disposable platters
  • Food delivery (free within 7 miles of our kitchens – anything over 7 miles is charged at 85p per mile)
  • Dietary/Allergen menu option if required (eg; gluten free, diary free, lactose intolerance, nut free, etc.

Terms, Conditions And Notes

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with us and the balance and final number confirmation is due two weeks prior to your event by BACS
  • Up to date Client Testimonials are available and we are happy to pass on our last client to you for a reference
  • Minimum order of 15 guests
  • If having a delivered buffet only (no staff) – the food will come ready and presented for you on luxury contemporary disposable black platters. We can also provide a matching black plate and napkin if required @ 35p OR if you would prefer we can deliver the food on china, wood and slate platters with china plates and napkins this would carry a 50p per person supplement to menu price plus a collection charge fee of 85p per mile round trip to collect the equipment after the event. When hiring our equipment (if we are not on site) you become fully responsible for it – theft, loss and breakages
  • If you are having staff we will provide china, wood & slate platters with china plates and napkins within the price
  • Magpie Catering waiting staff uniform is a white shirt, black bistro apron, black tie & black trousers with a name badge
  • Waiting/Drinks Staff (if required) are charged at £12.50 p/h
  • We will not be held responsible for road traffic accidents or road closures which delay our arrival, we will always honour our booking and turn-up despite any delays beyond our control
  • All menus may be amended/changed at the last minute subject to availability
  • Food temperature is logged for our records on leaving our unit and when it arrives to you and due to Government Regulations, when we deliver food, we recommend you do not leave it out any longer than 3.5 hours, after that time, we suggest food is disposed of
  • All prices within the brochure are subject to VAT at the current rate
