This was a VIP lunchtime event for Doctors and Consultants to come and see this showcase home, our specification was to set-up, theme and wander with drinks and canapés to impress their prospective clients.
We designed a menu to suit the clientele that were there, the theme and the time of year and incorporated this in a fusion of stunning canapés and finger foods.
The service was so efficient your staff came in, set-up, looked after our VIP’s and guests, cleared up and left leaving the building so impeccably clean – we were amazed and would never have known you had been here at all. The food was excellent, we loved your ideas for the menu and we were so glad we took your advice on menu design it was perfect in every way. Compliments to the chef, they really did well. Anita was lovely and bubbly yet discreet with our guests ant the waiting staff were very professional.
I would have no hesitation to use your services again, in-fact we can’t wait to.
