Rainham Marshes VIP Lunch Buffet 160 Guests - Tuesday 13th July 2010
Local and County Dignitaries attended this VIP Lunch Buffet at RSBP Rainham Marshes.
RSPB also had media cover nationwide. On the day of the event we arrived and set-up the dining area. As we did not have running water on site we provided gallons of water in butts, this is where a site visit is imperative prior to an event to discuss requirements with the client so that we can ensure the event runs smoothly and without any logistical problems on the day.
